1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By accessing and purchasing from rrpeptides.ca (“RR Peptides,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use this website or purchase our products.

2. RESEARCH USE ONLY

All products sold by RR Peptides are strictly intended for laboratory and scientific research purposes only. By purchasing from us, you expressly confirm that:

  • You are a qualified researcher, scientist, or research professional
  • Products will be used solely for in vitro research and laboratory purposes
  • Products will not be used for human or animal consumption
  • Products will not be used for any diagnostic, therapeutic, or medicinal purposes
  • You are 18 years of age or older

RR Peptides assumes no liability for any misuse of products outside of their intended research purpose.

3. NOT FOR HUMAN CONSUMPTION

All products sold by RR Peptides are clearly labeled “For Research Use Only — Not for Human Consumption.” These products have not been evaluated or approved by Health Canada or any other regulatory authority for human or veterinary use. RR Peptides expressly disclaims any responsibility for use of products outside of a controlled research environment.

4. ELIGIBILITY

By placing an order, you confirm that you are:

  • At least 18 years of age
  • Legally permitted to purchase research compounds in your jurisdiction
  • Purchasing for legitimate scientific research purposes only

RR Peptides reserves the right to refuse service to anyone at our discretion.

5. PRODUCT INFORMATION

We make every effort to ensure product descriptions, purity levels, and Certificates of Analysis (COA) are accurate and current. All products are tested by third-party laboratories and results are available for download on each product page. However, we make no warranties regarding the fitness of any product for a particular research application.

6. PRICING AND PAYMENT

All prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and are subject to change without notice. We currently accept Interac e-Transfer as our primary payment method. Orders are processed upon confirmation of payment receipt. RR Peptides reserves the right to cancel any order at our discretion.

7. SHIPPING

RR Peptides ships within Canada only via Canada Post. We do not ship internationally. Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days of payment confirmation. Estimated delivery time is 3-5 business days from the date of shipment, though delivery times may be longer for remote areas of Canada. A tracking number will be provided for all orders once shipped.

Please verify your shipping address carefully on your order confirmation. Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to make changes to the delivery address. RR Peptides is not responsible for delays caused by Canada Post or for packages delivered to an incorrectly provided address. Risk of loss transfers to the buyer upon handoff to Canada Post.

8. RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Due to the nature of research compounds, all sales are final. We do not accept returns on any peptide products.

Exception — Damaged Products: If your order arrives visibly damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@rrpeptides.net with your order number and clear photos of the damaged product and packaging. We will review each case and, where applicable, issue a replacement or store credit at our discretion.

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable under any circumstances. In the event of a fulfillment error on our part, we will work to resolve the issue at our cost, however original shipping charges will not be reimbursed.

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Canadian law, RR Peptides shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or misuse of our products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific product in question.

10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on rrpeptides.ca including logos, images, product descriptions, and COA documents are the property of RR Peptides and may not be reproduced without written consent.

11. PRIVACY

Your personal information is collected and handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and Canada’s Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA). We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties except as required to fulfill your order.

12. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of British Columbia.

13. CHANGES TO TERMS

RR Peptides reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the website following any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

14. MODIFICATIONS TO THE SERVICE AND PRICES

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the service (or any part or content thereof) without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuation of the service.

Certain content, products, and services available via rrpeptides.ca may include materials from third parties. Third-party links on this site may direct you to third-party websites that are not affiliated with RR Peptides.
