1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of rrpeptides.net and all purchases made from RR Peptides (“RR Peptides,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using this website or placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or purchase our products.
2. RESEARCH USE ONLY
All products sold by RR Peptides are intended strictly for laboratory and scientific research purposes only. By purchasing from us, you represent and confirm that:
- You are at least 18 years of age;
- You are legally permitted to purchase and possess the products in your jurisdiction;
- You are a qualified researcher, scientist, research professional, or otherwise authorized and capable of handling research compounds safely;
- The products will be used solely for legitimate in vitro research and laboratory purposes;
- The products will not be used for human or animal consumption; and
- The products will not be used for diagnostic, therapeutic, medicinal, household, or recreational purposes.
You are responsible for understanding and complying with all laws, regulations, safety procedures, and institutional requirements applicable to your purchase, possession, handling, storage, and use of the products. RR Peptides assumes no responsibility for use or misuse outside the products’ intended research purpose.
3. NOT FOR HUMAN OR ANIMAL CONSUMPTION
Products sold by RR Peptides are labeled “For Research Use Only — Not for Human Consumption.” They have not been evaluated or approved by Health Canada or any other regulatory authority for human or veterinary use. No information on this website is intended as medical advice, and no statement should be interpreted as recommending any product for human or animal use.
4. ELIGIBILITY AND RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE
By placing an order, you confirm that all information you provide is complete and accurate and that your purchase is for legitimate scientific research. RR Peptides may refuse service, restrict quantities, cancel an order, or request additional verification when reasonably necessary, including where we suspect unlawful, unsafe, fraudulent, or unauthorized activity.
5. PRODUCT INFORMATION, TESTING, AND CERTIFICATES OF ANALYSIS
We make reasonable efforts to keep product descriptions, specifications, purity information, batch information, and Certificates of Analysis (COAs) accurate and current. Products are tested by an independent third-party Canadian laboratory. COAs for tested batches are made available through the relevant product pages and the Lab Results library and may be verified through the testing laboratory’s website.
Where a Batch Lot number is displayed on a product page, it is intended to correspond to the Lot Number shown on the applicable COA. Customers should compare these numbers when reviewing test results. Laboratory results relate only to the specific batch identified in the report and do not guarantee that a product is suitable for any particular research application.
Product images are for general illustration. Packaging, labeling, or other non-material details may change without notice.
6. PRICING AND PAYMENT
All prices are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD) and may change without notice. Applicable taxes and shipping charges are displayed during checkout.
We accept eligible credit and debit card payments processed securely through Square, as well as Interac e-Transfer. Card payments are also subject to Square’s applicable terms and privacy practices. Orders are processed only after payment has been successfully authorized or received. RR Peptides may cancel or decline an order where payment cannot be confirmed, a pricing or inventory error has occurred, or the order cannot lawfully or safely be fulfilled.
7. ORDER CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS
If you need to change or cancel an order, contact info@rrpeptides.net immediately. We will make reasonable efforts to assist, but changes and cancellations are not guaranteed once processing, fulfillment, or shipping has begun. An order that has already shipped cannot be cancelled or redirected by RR Peptides.
8. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
RR Peptides currently ships within Canada only using Canada Post Xpresspost. A flat shipping rate of $20 applies to eligible orders, and eligible orders over $250 qualify for free shipping. We do not currently ship internationally.
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Estimated delivery is generally 3–5 business days after shipment, although remote destinations, weather, carrier interruptions, holidays, and other circumstances outside our control may cause delays. A tracking number will be provided when the order ships.
You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and for reviewing it before submitting your order. RR Peptides is not responsible for delivery problems caused by an incorrect or incomplete address supplied by the customer. If tracking indicates that a shipment is significantly delayed or lost, contact info@rrpeptides.net. We will review the circumstances and, where appropriate, assist with a Canada Post inquiry or claim. Any resolution will be determined based on the carrier’s findings and applicable law.
9. RETURNS, DAMAGED GOODS, AND REFUNDS
Due to the nature of research compounds, all sales are final and we do not accept standard returns or exchanges, except where otherwise required by applicable law or expressly stated below.
Damaged goods: If an order arrives damaged, contact info@rrpeptides.net immediately and no later than 48 hours after delivery. You must provide the order number, a description of the damage, and clear photographs of the product and its packaging. After reviewing the evidence, RR Peptides may issue either a replacement or a refund for an approved claim. Claims submitted without sufficient evidence or after the 48-hour reporting period may be declined, subject to applicable law.
Incorrect goods: If you receive an incorrect product because of a fulfillment error, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photographs. We will review the claim and arrange an appropriate resolution when the error is confirmed.
Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable. This does not limit any remedy required by law or prevent RR Peptides from covering reasonable costs when resolving a confirmed fulfillment error.
10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, RR Peptides is not liable for losses or damages arising from improper storage, handling, use, misuse, resale, alteration, or application of a product outside its stated research purpose. RR Peptides is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages, including lost profits, lost data, or interrupted research.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, RR Peptides’ total liability relating to a particular product or order will not exceed the amount paid for that product or order. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits a right, warranty, condition, remedy, or liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
11. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Unless otherwise stated, the website design, RR Peptides branding, original text, graphics, photographs, and other original website content are owned by or licensed to RR Peptides and may not be copied, altered, republished, or used commercially without permission.
Certificates of Analysis and other laboratory documents may contain material owned or issued by independent third-party laboratories. They are provided for product and batch verification. Customers may view and download available reports for legitimate reference purposes but may not alter, misrepresent, or use them in a misleading manner.
12. PRIVACY
Personal information is collected, used, stored, and disclosed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable privacy laws, including British Columbia’s Personal Information Protection Act and, where applicable, Canada’s Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act.
We do not sell personal information. Information may be disclosed to service providers when reasonably necessary to operate the website, process payments, prevent fraud, fulfill and ship orders, communicate with customers, or comply with legal obligations. These service providers may include Square, Canada Post, website hosting and information-technology providers, and professional advisers.
13. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable in British Columbia. Subject to any mandatory rights or jurisdiction that cannot legally be excluded, disputes will be resolved by the courts of British Columbia.
14. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
RR Peptides may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. Changes apply from the date they are posted and do not retroactively alter an order already completed unless required by law.
15. MODIFICATIONS TO PRODUCTS, SERVICES, AND PRICES
We may change product availability, descriptions, packaging, prices, promotions, or website features without notice. We may also suspend or discontinue a product or service. We are not responsible for a modification, suspension, or discontinuation except to the extent required by applicable law or in relation to an order we have already accepted and cannot fulfill.
16. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES AND LINKS
This website may link to or rely on third-party services, including payment, shipping, laboratory-verification, and informational websites. RR Peptides does not control third-party websites and is not responsible for their availability, content, security, accuracy, products, services, or privacy practices. You should review the applicable third-party terms and policies before using those services.
17. GENERAL TERMS
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable, that provision will be limited or removed only to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in effect. A failure by RR Peptides to enforce any provision is not a waiver of that provision. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any policies presented during checkout, constitute the agreement governing your use of the website and purchases from RR Peptides.
