REFUND & RETURNS POLICY

Due to the nature of research compounds, all sales are final. We do not accept returns on any peptide products.

Exception — Damaged Products: If your order arrives visibly damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@rrpeptides.net with your order number and clear photos of the damaged product and packaging. We will review each case and, where applicable, issue a replacement or store credit at our discretion.

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable under any circumstances. In the event of a fulfillment error on our part, we will work to resolve the issue at our cost, however original shipping charges will not be reimbursed.

SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping Destinations RR Peptides ships within Canada only via Canada Post. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Processing Time Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days of payment confirmation via Interac e-Transfer. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next available business day.

Delivery Time Estimated delivery time is 3-5 business days from the date of shipment. Delivery times may be longer for remote or rural areas of Canada.

Tracking A tracking number will be provided via email once your order has been shipped. You can track your order directly on the Canada Post website at canadapost.ca.

Packaging All orders are shipped in discreet, plain packaging with no product identifiers on the outside of the package.

Address Accuracy Please verify your shipping address carefully before completing your order. Once an order has been shipped we are unable to make changes to the delivery address. RR Peptides is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrectly provided address.

Lost or Delayed Packages If your tracking information shows no movement for more than 5 business days please contact us at info@rrpeptides.net and we will work with Canada Post to investigate. RR Peptides is not responsible for delays caused by Canada Post, weather conditions, or other circumstances outside of our control.

Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
