REFUND & RETURNS POLICY
Due to the nature of research compounds, all sales are final. We do not accept standard returns or exchanges, except where otherwise required by applicable law or expressly stated below.
Damaged Products: If an order arrives damaged, contact us immediately and no later than 48 hours after delivery at info@rrpeptides.net. Please provide your order number, a description of the damage, and clear photographs of the product and its packaging. After reviewing the evidence, RR Peptides may issue either a replacement or a refund for an approved claim. Claims submitted without sufficient evidence or after the 48-hour reporting period may be declined, subject to applicable law.
Incorrect Products: If you receive an incorrect product because of a fulfillment error, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photographs. We will review the claim and arrange an appropriate resolution when the error is confirmed.
Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable. This does not limit any remedy required by law or prevent RR Peptides from covering reasonable costs when resolving a confirmed fulfillment error.
SHIPPING POLICY
Shipping Destinations RR Peptides currently ships within Canada only using Canada Post Xpresspost. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
Shipping Costs A flat shipping rate of $20 applies to eligible orders, and eligible orders over $250 qualify for free shipping.
Processing Time Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment has been successfully authorized or received. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed on the next available business day.
Delivery Time Estimated delivery is generally 3–5 business days after shipment. Remote destinations, weather, carrier interruptions, holidays, and other circumstances outside our control may cause delays.
Tracking A tracking number will be provided by email once your order has shipped. Tracking information may be viewed through the Canada Post website.
Packaging Orders are shipped in discreet, plain packaging without product identifiers on the outside of the package.
Address Accuracy You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and reviewing it before submitting your order. Once an order has shipped, RR Peptides cannot change or redirect the delivery address. We are not responsible for delivery problems caused by an incorrect or incomplete address supplied by the customer.
Lost or Delayed Packages If tracking shows no movement for more than five business days or indicates that a shipment may be lost, contact info@rrpeptides.net. We will review the circumstances and, where appropriate, assist with a Canada Post inquiry or claim. Any resolution will be determined based on the carrier’s findings and applicable law.
