Shipping & delivery

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation and shipped through Canada Post Xpresspost. Delivery generally takes 3–5 business days after shipment, depending on destination, weather, carrier conditions, and seasonal volumes.

Yes. Tracking information is provided once your order has been packaged and shipped. Customers will receive shipping confirmation details by email when available.

Yes. All orders are packaged discreetly using standard shipping materials without unnecessary branding or identifiable product descriptions displayed on the exterior packaging.

Yes. We ship across Canada using Canada Post Xpresspost. Shipping is a flat rate of $20, and orders over $250 qualify for free shipping. Delivery availability may vary in remote regions.

Shipping delays may occasionally occur due to weather conditions, carrier backlogs, holidays, or operational disruptions outside of our control. If your package experiences unusual delays, please contact support and we will assist in reviewing shipment status.

If a shipment is confirmed lost by the carrier, please contact support with your order details. Lost shipment cases are reviewed individually to determine appropriate next steps.

Shipping address updates may be possible if the order has not yet entered the processing or fulfillment stages. Please contact support@rrpeptides.net immediately after placing your order if changes are required. It is not guaranteed.

Returns & Refunds

Because peptides are research-grade materials, all sales are final and standard returns are not accepted. If an order arrives damaged or an incorrect item is received, contact support within 48 hours of delivery with the order number and clear photos so the issue can be reviewed.

Many peptides are supplied in lyophilized (freeze-dried) powder form to help maintain compound stability during transportation and long-term storage prior to research use.

Bacteriostatic water is a laboratory reagent consisting of sterile water with a small amount of benzyl alcohol. It is intended for controlled research use only; RR Peptides does not provide medical, dosing, or administration guidance.

Storage requirements vary by compound. Follow the product label, COA, and available technical documentation, and keep materials in an appropriate controlled research environment away from heat, moisture, and direct sunlight. Contact support for product-specific storage information.

Yes. Our products are tested by an independent third-party Canadian laboratory. Certificates of Analysis (COAs) are available on product pages and in our Lab Results library. Customers can match the Batch Lot shown on the product page with the Lot Number on the COA, and reports can be verified through the testing laboratory website.
