How do I place an order?

Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

If your order arrives damaged, please contact support within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos of the packaging and products received. Our team will review the issue and work toward an appropriate resolution as quickly as possible.
What if I receive the wrong item?
If you receive an incorrect item, contact support with your order number and photos of the received products. We will investigate the issue and provide further assistance where applicable.
Can I request a refund?
Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Due to the nature of research products, refunds cannot be issued for products that have been opened, handled, reconstituted, or improperly stored after delivery.
Can I cancel my order?
